Test email request
If you have not received your receipt, or have not received replies from us after sending a support request, it is likely that your email server or email account is blocking our email.
To test, enter your email below and click the Test Email button. Our server will immediately send an email from to your email address.
If you do not receive the email there is likely an issue with your email account, which is blocking the email.
If you are able to fix your email account, send a support request asking that we resend our prior responses to you.
If you cannot make your email work, try an alternate email account. If that works, send a support request asking that we resend our prior responses to you at the alternate address.
