Phone

We do not offer phone support.  Our phone number, which is for messages and billing inquiries only, is (408) 732-1492.  Calling is not preferred and will usually result in a delayed response. It is much better to use the form below.  If you must leave a message, we will reply via email.  Please leave include your name and your email address in your message  in order to receive a response.

Fax

Most customers prefer email, though you can also fax us at (425) 732-1499.  If you send a fax, be sure to include your email address as we will respond via email.  Again, it’s usually better to use the email form below.
