Use this page for questions about our tools or services.  We usually respond to your request within a day of receipt, although some requests take longer. You may find your answer faster on our Frequently Asked Question page or the documentation included with the product(s) you have downloaded.

There are several contact options, but using the form below is preferred and will result in a faster and more organized response via email.

Phone

We do not offer phone support.  Our phone number, which is for messages and billing inquiries only, is (408) 732-1492.  Email is preferred, and calling will usually result in a delayed response. It is much better to use the form below.  If you must leave a message, we will reply via email.  If leaving a message, please include your name and your email address in order to receive a response.

Fax

Most customers prefer email, though you can also fax us at (425) 732-1499.  If you send a fax, be sure to include your email address as we will respond via email.  Again, it’s usually better to use the email form below.
