Support Services

In addition to various tools, we also offer standard and premium support.


Standard support is included free of charge with a tool purchase. It includes answering simple questions via email, both pre-sales and after purchase.


Premium support includes:

  • In-depth review of your working data files and settings to help resolve questions unique to your situation. This includes (as applicable) review of your QIF, IIF, OFX, or spreadsheet data, depending on the question.
  • After review, we’ll answer your questions more specifically as they relate to your data.
  • For ongoing cases, priority response time – usually within an hour during business hours.
