Standard support is included free of charge with a tool purchase. It includes answering simple questions via email, both pre-sales and after purchase.
Premium email support is also available. When purchased with a product, premium support is just $29 for most products. When purchased later of for renewal, support is $35 per year for most products.
Premium support includes:
- Priority placement in the support queue.
- Review of your data files to help resolve questions unique to your situation. This includes (as applicable) review of your QIF, IIF, OFX, or spreadsheet data, depending on the question. After review, we can answer your questions more specifically, as they relate to your data.
- Guaranteed full year of free upgrades.
- Email notification when significant product released are published.
