Issue: Products stop responding when connecting to QuickBooks
- With the Donor Statements, when getting transactions the process stops when “Requesting data…” and “Requesting Items…”
- With the IIF Transaction Creator, Transaction Copier, and other tools that “Integrate” with QuickBooks, integrating stops responding when requesting “qbSalesitems”
- With the Transaction Copier, when pulling transactions a message says nothing is returned or the wrong data is returned.
- With any of our apps, you receive other errors when attempting to connect to QuickBooks.
