Refunds & Exchanges

Our goal is that you have a trouble-free experience using our products.  If you see issues or have questions we will work with you to get the product working.

Trial

All of our products are offered with a free trial which allows you to confirm that the product will work for your intended purpose before you purchase. There’s no fee or registration needed for the trial. For each product, downloading it using any link for it on our site. First use will automatically start the trial period.

If you have questions or need help during the trial, please send a support request!  We are happy to help both before and after purchase.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds conditionally for 30 days after purchase, in the case where our products do not perform as described on our site or in the included documentation, and also after working with support when we determine that no solution for a defect in our products can be found. This is rare, but has happened.

We do not offer refunds for other situations such as not meeting the system requirements, system issues not related to our products, limitations of other programs, setup errors, or because the customer decided not to use the product purchased.

EXCHANGES

If you purchased the wrong product license by accident, send us a support request and we will help you with an exchange.
