I purchased but did not receive my product key.

Spam blockers are the most common reason key codes aren’t received via email.  If you have a junk email folder, check that for the confirmation email.

Also, to make sure you can receive email from customersupport@bigredconsulting.com, add the email to your spam-blocker’s white list or to your address book.
