If the Employee Time & Cost report is missing from your Reports menu, you can still run the report by downloading the report template, an *.xlt file, and double-clicking it to open a copy in Excel.

After downloading the ZIP file, which includes two versions of the report and a readme.txt file with brief instructions, extract them from the ZIP file, save them somewhere, and then double-click the appropriate xla file to launch Excel and run the report.
